Return and Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is always the top priority at Happy Label. Our dedicated quality assurance teams check your items before shipment. Our product quality is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the items received, we can arrange a refund for you. You may exercise your right to seek a refund or store credit of the purchased items within 30 days in their original state if products have specific defects as stated below.
Process of Return/Refund
We do not make refunds that are not in accordance with our policies. To protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, Happy Label can only reimburse you in the following cases:
The package has arrived in a damaged condition (proof required),
The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is required),
The cutting line is off the label.
There are oily stains on the colors,
The wrong product was delivered.
To ease the process of refund, you are required to provide us with the following information via email to email@example.com:

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Condition of Return/Refund.
For any damaged or faulty products as mentioned above we do not charge shipping fees for any valid product returns.
However, for all other reasons such as changing your mind on your order, or you no longer want it, you will only have to pay a postage fee with the local post or your chosen courier. You must bear the shipping cost. This is generally €3. We do not charge a restocking fee.
